What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form on this site or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, work email address, company, and whatever you write in the message. If you apply for a role, we also collect the contents of your application and CV.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — to keep the site available and secure. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or want special category data (health, biometric, political or religious information), payment card details through this website, or information about children. Please do not send it to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to an enquiry and arrange a conversation you asked for.
- To assess a job application and, if you are unsuccessful, to contact you about future roles — only if you agree.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, the steps necessary before entering a contract, and compliance with law.
Who sees it
Your information stays inside Six30Labs, except where a service provider needs it to do their job for us — hosting, email delivery, applicant tracking. Each one is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions and to protect it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Where it goes
We operate from India and the UAE and serve clients in 18 countries, so your information may be processed outside your home country. Where data leaves the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years from our last contact. Job applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer. Records we must retain for tax or contractual reasons are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it. Data is encrypted in transit, systems are patched on a schedule, and access is reviewed regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can withdraw consent at any time. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
